Top Drawer has confirmed a leading name in retail and shopping consultancy, Peter Cross as headline keynote speaker.

Peter Cross runs one of London’s leading retail and shopper marketing consultancies, Yellowdoor with his business partner and TV personality, Mary Portas.  Peters’ clients range from Louis Vuitton, Westfield London, Clarks Shoes and Swarovski.

Prior to joining Mary Portas at Yellowdoor, Peter was in charge of global communications at Alfred Dunhill and spent 11 years at L’Oreal.

Having consulted and contributed to the BBC’s Mary Queen of Shops programmes, Peter is well versed in transforming ‘big thinking’ ideas into effective actions for independent retailers.

Peter will be presenting a lively and informative seminar at Top Drawer, 12 noon Monday 13 September. The presentation will cover how independent retailers can learn from the big boys, by engaging effectively with a post recession consumer, and why the 4 P’s are ‘so last year’ in this new era of shopping!
